The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project is designed to provide 443 lots, resulting in single family homes. Infrastructure improvements include improvements to an existing stormwater detention basin and roadway/utility connections. These roadway connections include primary potable transmission and distribution water mains that provide a complete looped water system to the Panhandle 105.
