Document Description
The proposed project is a six lot residential subdivision on 2.67 acres. The proposed project includes development of six single family residential lots that vary in size from 7,900 +/- to 11,050 +/- sf, three open space parcels and private streets connecting to existing Eagle Ridge Court. The site would be developed consistent with the development standards that apply to Eagle Ridge. Eagle Ridge was approved by the City as planned unit development. The proposal includes stormwater infiltration basins, water and sewer infrastructure improvements, and dedications to Eagle Ridge HOA for park expansion. Requests to the City include approval of a tentative map, PUD amendment, and architectural and site approval.
