DPR proposes to upgrade approximately 2500 linear feet of the existing Schwan Lake Trail to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Department's "ADA Transition Plan". Work would construct 800 lf of new rerouted trail and obliterate then restore 600 ft of highly erodible trail in Twin Lakes State Beach in western Santa Cruz County, central CA; approximately 2.5 miles south of the town of Santa Cruz.
