Document Description

Parcel one has access off Dennis Court and parcel two has access from Peek Rd. A PG&E pole easement cuts diagonally through the property from the northeast to the southwest. The property consists of moderate to moderately steep slopes with non-native grasses and scattered blue oaks, and contains an intermittent drainage course through the central portion and 3 seasonal ponds, though no permanent water features are present.
