Piping Rock Equestrian Center is proposing an expansion of their existing operations, which currently includes horseback riding lessons, training and boarding facilities. As proposed, the facility would continue to offer horse boarding, training and horseback riding lessons, but would also offer horseback riding guided tours, horseback riding camps, horseback riding special. They are also proposing a Tentative Map to subdivide a vacant 46 acre parcel into four, five acre lots, a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the boundary between 2 parcels, a Use Permit Amendment to amend the underlying Use Permit for the existing equestrian center, a Development Permit to construct a 2,600 sf garage, a 6,400 sf barn addition, a 1,600 sf hay barn and a 3,038 sf single family residence.
