The LTCC is preparing a FMP to pain for campus growth over the next 10 to 15 years. completion and certification of the Facilities Master Plan EIR/EIS will allow the College Board to officially adopt the Facilities Master Plan and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) Governing Board to approve a public service application for the University Center Project (including the proposed parking lot located northeast of the University Center building) and a cumulative impact review of the remaining FMP projects.
