Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a land use permit for the purposes of constructing and operating a new wireless telecommunications facility at the subject property. The project includes: 1) a 70-ft tall mono-pine which can support up to three wireless service providers - 18 antennas total, 2) a 1,700 sf lease area, and 3) a 450 ft long trench to underground the facility's telecommunication lines and electricity. The trench work and construction of the facility will be located within new non-exclusive access and utility easements. The site's access currently exists and does not require any additional grading or improvements to accommodate the proposed project.
