Document Description
The Placer Center Kitchen/Dining Hall/Mutipurpose Room and Dormitory Replacement (proposed project) would be constructed as part of the California Conservation Corps effort to meet current program requirements at its Placer Center and to replace aging and inadequate facilities. The proposed project would involve the demolition of the existing kitchen/dining hall and men's/women's dormitory buildings and construction of two new replacement structures; demolition of an existing handball court; replacement of the existing Placer Center parking area; construction of an outdoor basketball court and a patio area; installation of an array of photovoltaic panels and other site amenities; and related site work.
