The original project CESA Incidental Take Permit No. 2081-2016-024-02 was approved on July 29, 2016, and contained Conditions of Approval to dewater the Covered Species aquatic habitat which requires the dewatered area to remain dry for at least 15 consecutive days prior to excavating or filling of the dewatered habitat during the giant garter snake active season of May 1 - October 1 except in a specific area identified in Figure 4b where this specific area shall be dewatered and remain dry for at least 48 hours prior to excavating or filling of the dewatered habitat during this same active season. the permit has been revised to allow an additional 0.39 acres of the project area to be dewatered for at least 48 hours instead of the required 15 days.
