Document Description
Redwood Gospel Mission is proposing to create a 24-hour care and rehabilitation center (the "Project") to provide comprehensive services to the homeless and needy of Santa Rose on Roberts Ave. The Project is proposed in 3 phases to be completed over a period of 7 years, and would result in approximately 65,000 sf of new buildings providing emergency and transitional residential services. In addition to a CUP, the project also includes a General Plan Amendment and amendment to the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan to remove references to the extension of Roberts Ave under HWY 12 to connect to West Third St.
