Revision to file to relocate and replace the approved but unbuilt 76,000 sf winery complex including an annual production capacity of 100,000 cases, public tasting, retail sales, and up to 10 annual special events with a new winery totaling approximately 14,000 sf with an annual production of 20,000 cases public tasting, retail sales and 10 special events per year on a 186.35 acre parcel.
The winery complex includes a crush pad, 10,404 sf production building a 3,410 sf hospitality building and a 144 sf pavilion.
