Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0278-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Town of Moraga as represented by Mr. Edric Kwan.
Project is limited to the fill of a 10 foot drop and undercut that has formed at a previously existing culvert along Bollinger Canyon Road. The existing outfall will have a retaining wall constructed above the top of bank and the undercut area and adjacent slope shall be armored with rock rip-rap and slope protection to stabilize the eroded area including filter fabric underneath the hardscape. Approx. 20 cubic yards of rock rip-rap and slope protection will be employed to fill the existing undercut and armor the adjacent slope to an area approx. 175 sq. ft.
