The RWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The 4-acre Project consists of demolishing the existing kitchen/dining hall and men's/women's dormitory and constructing two replacement structures: demolishing an existing handball court; replacing the existing Placer Center parking area; constructing an outdoor basketball court and a patio area; and installing an array of photovoltaic panels. The construction will result in filling 0.057 acre of seasonal wetlands.
