Document Description
The purpose and intent of this Chapter is to quickly establish land use regulations concerning the cultivation, manufacture, testing, distribution, transportation, and storage of medical marijuana within the County of Calaveras in order to limit and control such activities in coordination with the State of California in the implementation of the Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act. The County intends to proceed in the near future with the development of a revised, permanent ordinance that most effectively regulates all facets of medical marijuana activities.
