Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0083-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Elliot Homes, Inc. Project is limited to the fill of 1,436 acres and the installation of 5 outfall structures on an unnamed tributary to the American River in order to construct and 213- apartment community. The stormwater would be directed via the storm drain system to drain outfalls to the south. Overland flows from the project would generally flow west, to exit the site at the southwestern project site boundary.
