Document Description
The applicant is requesting to develop a 5.08 acre property for the new headquarters for a full service agricultural laboratory. The project will consist of the construction of two buildings totaling 18,681 sq. ft. that will house the offices and laboratories and six 4,900 sq. ft. greenhouses. The office and laboratory buildings will be connected with a covered walkway. The facility will operate 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Approx. 25 employees work on-site during the normal work week. Staff and some guest parking will be located in a fenced and gated area, however, the gates will be open to the public during normal business hours. On-site improvements include paving, staff and guest parking, landscaping, fencing, signage and a Torii Gate entry feature.
