Document Description
A Medical Office Campus on 9 acres is proposed that will include all required utility improvements, street improvements and public access. The project will have 2 buildings; the north building will be approximately 48,508 sf two story Medical Office building and the south building will be approximately 58,952 sf two story Medical Office building. It is planned to provide approximately 554 parking spaces that include a min of 10% handicap spaces. The two buildings will house tenants that will provide the following services: Imaging (MRI, CAT Scan & Xray), typical medical outpatient services. The tenants will have normal businesses hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
