The State Coastal Conservancy approved the transfer by the Los Cerritos Wetlands Authority of its five-acre parcel known as the "OTD parcel" to Los Cerritos Wetlands, LLC in exchange for receipt of the 150-acre parcel known as the "Synergy Oil Field" for purposes of natural resource and wetlands protection and restoration, open space, and public access that is compatible with those purposes. This land swap is apart of the Los Cerritos Wetlands Oil Consolidation and Restoration Project.
