Document Description
The proposed project would implement a wetlands restoration project which will restore a privately owned oil field in the City of Long Beach through creation of a wetlands mitigation bank. The proposed project includes the relocation of specific oil facilities currently located on the Synergy Oil Field and City-owned property tot two properties in close proximity to the Synergy Oil Field and the removal of existing oil wells from the Synergy Oil Field and the City property site.
