Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2017-0275-R5) to the project applicant, Otay Valley Quarry LLC. The project proposes filling ephemeral drainages originating in the Village Four Development Area to accommodate construction of residential housing and associated infrastructure, and improvements to an existing dirt road with Wolf Canyon. Improvements to the road include constructing two bridges and on culverted crossing. The north-most crossing is currently an unimproved dirt crossing of the main channel, which will be replaced by a bridge. *SEE NOD FOR FULL DETAILS
