The proposed project involves a number of improvements in a portion of the lower campus of San Clemente High School, including the construction of a new two-story classroom building, circulation improvements, pedestrian walkways, and installation of new landscaping. Improvements within the lower campus would occur in an area that is currently developed with parking area and circulation improvements, as well as a basketball court. The remainder of the campus and the improvements within those areas would remain in their current condition and not undergo any changes under the proposed project.
