A Specific Plan Amendment to the Western Rosedale Specific Plan from designation UER to SR and a change in Zone Classification from A-1 (limited ag) to E (1/4)(Estate - 1/4 acre) Estate - 2 1/2 acres Res Suburban Combining, and DI (drilling island) to facilitate the development of a 112 parcel subdivision with parcels ranging in size from 10,918 sf to 3.86 acres, and one 2.5 acre drill island. The subdivision would consist of 107 parcels zoned E (1/4), four parcels zoned E (2 1/2) RS, and one parcel zoned DI. Access would be provided from Meacham Rd, which is designated as a "collector" alignment by the Circulation Element of the Western Rosedale Specific Plan. Water would be supplied by Vaughn Water Company and sewer service would be provided through North of the River Sanitary District No. 1.
