- The Arts Club Project involves demolition of the existing structures on the site and the construction of an approx. 132,000-sf, nine-story, multi-use commercial building that would house retail spaces and an art gallery on the ground floor; creative office space; and the Arts Club, which would include restaurants, lounges and bars, private dining areas, dining terraces, a super club, 15 guest rooms, and fitness room/spa, a pool, changing rooms, sun deck, and a bar on the upper floors, 220 parking spaces would be provided in four subterranean parking levels with ingress and egress on North Hilldale Ave. Pedestrian access to the site would be from West Sunset Blvd and North Hilldale Ave. Vehicle access would be provided from North Hilldale Ave.
