Document Description
The project entails constructing a multi-family residential complex consisting of 36 buildings accommodating 148 townhomes on approximately 7.77 acres. The development will also include a recreation building with restrooms, pool, spa and covered patio areas; approximately 17,750 sf of active open space and approximately 22,550 sf of passive open space and smaller landscaped areas where residents can picnic and barbeque; a proposed trail/walkway system throughout the site for residents to walk/jog; and 296 garage parking spaces and 49 single uncovered guest parking spaces for a total of 345 parking spaces. The project would require a General Plan Amendment (GPA15-003) and Specific Plan (SP15-005) to incorporate the 1.10 acre abandoned animal shelter into part of the project site. The project would also require approval of a TTM 36427R and approval of a PP06-0009M2 to allow for the development as proposed.
