Document Description
Califia Farms (Califia) is proposing to recycle process water through the Lerdo Canal which is owned and operated by North Kern Water Storage District. Califia's process waters are generated from manufacturing almond milk, juices and specialty coffee drinks from locally sourced corps. Recycling process water is effectively returning the water to its original source and to the crops from which their specialty drink products are made. The project consists of constructing approximately 1,200 ft of underground 6 in pipe along the Lerdo HWY ROW to transport treated water from the facilities Oxidation Ditch to the Lerdo Canal.
