The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0158-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Merced County.
The Project includes activities related td the replacement of an existing 160-foot long 24-foot wide steel railroad car beam bridge with a new 135-foot long 51-foot wide three-span cast-in-place concrete slab bridge. The Amendment to the Agreement addresses a change in the water diversion plan.
