Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of a 71,206 sf apartment complex with 46 housing units for senior citizens, on an undeveloped 7.1 acre parcel located at 30800 Agoura Road, on the south side of Agoura Road, approximately 2,700 ft west of Reyes Adobe Rd, in the city of Agoura Hills. The proposed building complex consists of two, two-story building located above subterranean parking garages. Project entitlement requests include: a General Plan Amendment; a Ladyface Mountain Specific Plan Amendment; a CUP; an Oak Tree Permit; a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map; and a Variance.
