Document Description
The proposed project would change the General Plan land use designation on the project site from Light Industrial to Medium Density Residential and High Density Residential. The zoning on the project site would also be changed from Manufacturing - Service Commercial to Planned Unit Residential. The proposed project would utilize currently vacant land to create a total of 402 residential dwelling units near jobs and Rubidoux Village, and would help in meeting the City's contribution to regional housing needs. The proposed project would include two development applications in the City of Jurupa Valley: MA15072 and MA15148. MA15072 is located on the southern portion of the project site and MA15148 is located on the northern portion of the project site.
