Document Description
The NOCCCD is planning to update the Facilities Master Plan for Cypress College. The District plans to design new entry signage at key entry points, construct a new Science Engineering and Math (SEM) building, construct a new Veterans Center, expand the Learning Resource Center (LRC) building, renovate the Fine Arts building, renovate the Humanities Building lecture halls, construct a new restroom building for and renovate Gyms 1 and 2, renovate the Aquatic Center, construct new surface parking within the existing Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) railway corridor and a new parking structure in Lot 7, install new perimeter fencing around Lots 8 and 9, construct a new cineration enclosure, and construct a new modular Baseball Club House with restrooms. It is anticipated that these improvements will be phased over 10 years.
