Document Description
The proposed First Street Village Project includes the development of three, five-story buildings, to provide a combined of 261 apartments; up to 21,265 sf of retail/commercial space on the ground floors; a total of 673 parking spaces in three, three-level subterranean garages; on-site amenities and open space for residents; and related site improvements such as public sidewalks, vehicular driveways, landscaping and lighting. The project site is a total of approximately three acres in size, and the proposed project would demolish the existing 16 one-story commercial buildings on site. The new development would be constructed in three phases over a period of approximately four years.
