Document Description
The project consist of a transit-oriented development plan for the Downtown and Fairview Heights areas, encompassing the ares within 1/2 mile walking distance of Metro light rail stations currently under construction in the City of Inglewood. The Plan is intended to recognize the increased mobility, land use, and economic development opportunities the new Crenshaw/LAX Metro line will bring, and proposes increasing allowable development intensities in the vicinity of the new transit stations along with increasing pedestrian and bicycle access in the area.
