Document Description
The demolition of 6,000 sf of an existing building and improvements to the remaining 47,405 sf building (41,585 sf of ground floor area and 5,820 sf of mezzanine area) for the change of use from an office, warehouse, and manufacturing use to a charter school. The charter school will serve K through 12th Grade students, with a max of 650 students. Hours of operations for the school are proposed as 7:00 am through 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. There will be 69 auto parking spaces and 78 bike parking spaces provided on-site.
