California Department of Park and Recreation (CPDR) would provide Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) with a Right-of-Entry permit in order to conduct routine maintenance activities including, but not limited, to vegetation trimming and pipe recoating (painting). The maintenance activities will ensure safety and reliability of SoCalGas's services.

No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with CEQA §15300.2. if the project is implemented as indicated within the project description including conditions provided by CDPR specialists, then it is exempt under CEQA §15301 - "Operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing structures or facilities not expanding existing uses." §15305 - "Minor alterations in Land use Limitations".
