Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, sections 25323.1 and 25356.1 pursuant to the Health and Safety code (H&SC) approved a Removal Action Work plan (RAW) as submitted on June 1, 2015 by PES Environmental, Inc. (PES), on behalf of Diamond International Corporation. The purpose of the project is to mitigate impacted soil that exceeds the project specific cleanup levels in order to minimize human exposure to the identified chemical of Concern (COC).
