Document Description
Centro Evangelistico Rios de Agua has submitted an applicaiton for non-profit status. Chapter 5 of the Stanton Municipal Code requires that non-profit activities require City Council approval. This would exempt them from normal fees and allow them to operate as a church located at 10901 Beach Boulevard. In addition, the Planning Commission has granted them a Conditional Use Permit (C76-1) to operate as a church within the CN (Commercial Neighborhood) Zone, located at 10901 Beach Boulevard.
