Construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; and the minor public alterations in the condtion of land which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; and the a project not to exceed 5 acres in size to assure the maintenance, restoration, ehnancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife, and is included as "installation of restrooms, interpretive signing or panels, fencing and gates", Trail construction or realignment" and "Revegetation with native plants" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR 15300.
