Document Description
The work authorized is limited to the installation of a single 30-foot long, 24-inch diameter culvert at the unnamed tributary road crossing. The culvert will replace a failed and eroding ford crossing. The new culvert will be installed at grade and in alignment with the existing channel to accommodate a 10-foot wide rural road. Issuance of a Lakebed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0257-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
