Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0050-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ronald Pargett. The project consists of the demolition/removal of the existing bridge and replacement in-kind of a new structure. The existing abutments will be removed from the flow line of the creek and new abutments will be placed at the top of the bank. A 6 foot by 30 foot culvert will be placed upstream of the bridge location to allow for ingress and egress of the property during construction. Once the new bridge is completed the culvert will be removed and replaced with a clear span structure that will be installed above the bed bank and channel of the creek.
