The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to a Le Rondelet Homeowners Association (Tenant) for their continued use of approximately 1,619 square feet of tideland areea and eighteen parking spaces located on Cannon Street in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use is currently and is proposed to be used only and exclusively for the purpose of vehicular ingress and egress jointly with others, parking, and landscaping and no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of District in each instance.
