Modification to amend the current Closure Plan component of the David H. Fell (DHF)Standardized Hazardous Waste FAcility Permit (Permit). On February 21, 2016, DHF submitted a permit modification to DTSC requesting authorization to modify the Closure Plan to allow Screen #2 and Gas Furnace #22 to be decontaminated and shipped to their New Mexico operations located at 545 Vortex Road NE in Rio Rancho.
