Reasons for Exemption
No ancillary buildings or structures will be constructed and all necessary utilities are on-site. The demonstration site is not environmentally sensitive or affected by hazardous waste problems and will not generate any noises or odors in excess of permitted levels. Additionally, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Deputy, Dave Warner, has been made aware of the Solar Thermal Collector Project. As proposed, the project does not require a permit or change any permit conditions.
