Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a new 549 foot long, 6-inch steel casing pipeline with 3-11/4-inch High Density Polyethylene conduit inside. Casing location and depths are shown in Exhibit A. Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) installation methods will be used. The pipeline will run for approximately 126 feet under the Madrone channel, approximately 8 feet below the bed elevation of the channel. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0421-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code.
