Document Description
The proposed project includes the demolition of two existing public swimming pools, pool mechanical equipment building, and concrete deck and the construction of a new teaching pool (40 feet by 75 / 75 wide and 82 feet long, totaling 6,214 square feet) and competition pool (54 feet wide and 54 feet long, totaling 2916 square feet), installation of a new pool drainage system, pool mechanical building, concrete deck, landscaping, and site lighting, the area occupied by the two city pools is approximately 208.5 feet in length by 122 feet in width, for a total project area of 25,437 square feet (0.58 acres) in size and in the same location as the existing aquatic facility. The new pool mechanical building will be 1,125 square feet in size. NO work is proposed to the existing pool support building.
