Document Description
Roadway rehabilitation project. The existing pavement within the project limits is unstable due to poor quality aggregate when constructed in 2001-2002. The roadway has required several major maintenance projects and will continue to require maintenance efforts due to failing pavement. This project is necessary to reduce worker exposure to traffic, improve ride quality, extend the pavement life over this segment of I-5, and prevent further, extensive maintenance efforts.
