Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes the evaluation of the appropriate replacement for the programmable logic controller, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition and additional operating systems, as the central processing unit has become corrupt and is obsolete. The plant stop/start, backwash, and some valve actuators have become nonoperational, hindering the reliability and safety of the water system's drinking water and fire protection flows.
