Document Description
The Project includes activation of existing groundwater well #3 and the disconnection of groundwater well #2 and the pressure tank from the Shaffer Elementry school water distribution system. The Project also includes a new well pump, a new chlorine injection system, two new flow meters with connection piping from well #3 to the water distribution system. The Project will install segments of new sewer pipes and reroute other existing sewer pipes to meet off-set requirements. The existing hydropneumatic tank will undergo rehabilitation via replacement of the internal lining and anodes and expansion of the manway.

The Project also involves installation of a new connection pipeline, less than one mile in length, and maintenance, repair, restoration and other utility improvements.
