Document Description
The project is limited to maintenance of the Ciy of Santa Cruz-owned diversion facility on Majors Creek. The City of Sant Cruz has previously notified CDFW For some of the activities covered under this Agreement via Notification No. 1600-2009-0404-R3. The project does not include diversion of water as a covered activity as diversion will be covered as an activity through Notification 1600-2007-0109-R3. The project activities covered under this Agreement are limited to excavation of sediment and debris upsream of the dam from within the impoundment affected stream reach (impoundment area).
