Document Description
The proposed project is a renewal of a lease (Lease) to Harvest Meat Company Inc, (Harvest Meat) for approximately 97,084 square feet of building area located within an industrial center commonly known as the National Distribution Cener in the CIty of National City. Harvest Meat currently has a lease with the District that consists of 69,801 square feet (sf) of warehouse space used for general storage and distribution of meat, poultry, produce, frozen foods, and for supply and food service distribution, as well as other standard operations and 10,993 sf building used for corporate office at the industrial center located at the National Distribution Center.
