Document Description
The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to O'Neil Wetsuits, LLC (Tenant) for their continued use of approximately 43,930 square feet of warehouse space (Premises) and use of non-exclusive common areas located within an industry center commonly as the National Distribution Center (NDC) in the City of National CIty. The warehouse space area proposed for use under this TUOP would be used only and exclusively for the purpose of general storage, distribution, waterhouse, repair of wet suits and related products, and other such standard operations as may be directly related to the foregoing and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of the District in each instance.
