Document Description
The proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Point Loma Marina (Tenant) for their use of approximately 4,158 square feet of tideland area located in the southwest corner of North Harbor Drive and America's Cup Way in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP would be used only and exclusively for the purpose of installation and maintenance of artwork and associated signals, landscaping, and utilities provided; however, that no activities or improvements shall interfere with the use and enjoyment of the premises by the general public.
